Surrender into Healing
Use this meditation to practice visualisation and meditation. If you could do about 3 times a week that would be ideal. It goes for around 14 mins. This experience allows the body to start to relax and unwind and tap into the inner consciousness. It will also help in 'absorbing' the healing energy that wants to run through you from your own connection.

Healing the Body
This meditation has been designed to assist you in understanding what your body needs – by communicating with the cells of your body on a very deep level. You will be guided in to awareness and relaxation to bring peace, healing and freedom within your bodily tissues. Once we start to get into a flow state in your body Antje then we'll be able to move energy through more quickly. This one goes for about 31 mins and would be great if you could do at least once a week.

Energy Clearing
This is a meditation to help start the releasing process of clearing up the energetic body. This meditation works specifically on cleansing and purifying your own auric field so that you can release anything that no longer serves you. Once we start doing our healing sessions Antje your cellular memory will recognise the process. This is to be done "as needed" if you are feeling flat or heavy or overwhelmed then this meditation is a good one to do.

Acceptance Meditation
Through acceptance you give yourself permission to recreate and bring forth the true happiness you deserve in all aspects of your life. The bravest thing we can do is accept where we are wholeheartedly no matter what is happening within our lives. Hindsight reminds us that the hardships, blocks or challenges we find ourselves can be used as fuel to move forward and create space for miracles and healing to occur. There are always hidden jewels and gifts in everything, all you have to do is look a little further to find them.

The womb is a well of creation – energetically, physically, emotionally, intellectually and spiritually. Quite often we forget that this powerhouse sits inside of us and we may become detached from its radiance, wisdom and creation. Use this meditation to reawaken your womb wisdom and reconnect into your power and soul purpose.
